VIC GHAI | Chairman
Vic is the Founder and Chairman of Arch Telecom and Best Health Benefits where he focuses on working with the management team in providing strategic direction and business development. Vic has vast experience in the telecommunications/wireless space and has managed and/or founded companies in indirect wireless retail, ecommerce, telemarketing, wholesale wireless distribution (master dealer program), and equipment distribution (phone sales). Vic is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) where he is able to leverage his peers in advisory board capacity with a wide range of expertise and experience.
Vic is also the founder of several other successful businesses including C2 Wireless and Accessories (wholesale distribution of OEM wireless accessories to midlevel distributors, large retailers) and Aliantel (general contractor focused on cell site services: development, construction, and maintenance). Vic received a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in 1987 and an M.B.A from San Jose State University in 1989.

ALEX GHAI | CEO & President
Alex is co-founder, CEO & President of Arch Telecom and Best Health Benefits has over 21 years of Wireless Retail experience. He has been involved in launching many new wireless ventures over the years and has ownership stakes in multiple businesses including real estate and urgent care centers. Alex graduated from Delhi University, India with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and relocated to United States in 1998. Coming from a family with steel manufacturing factories in India, he grew up surrounded by great mentors and entrepreneurs.
Alex has worked with multiple National & Regional Wireless Providers over the years including T-Mobile, Cellular One, Nextel Partners besides Sprint / Nextel. During this time Alex assumed various roles to meet the demands of a growing business. He has had a hand in developing many of the M&Ps related to Sales, Personnel, Operations, Carrier Relations & Business Development and to this date is actively engaged in the daily workings of Arch Telecom. Alex has been on Sprint’s dealer council board since 2007 and is well respected in the trade.

ALI YAHYAVI | Chief Sales Officer
Ali is an adept strategic sales leader with 20 years of telecommunications experience. He has a successful track record of high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the Wireless Retail Industry. Ali is responsible for the national vision, direction and growth of the company.
Ali is actively engaged daily in Business Development, Employee Development, Carrier Relations, Field Support and Operations. He is a team building architect and continues to expand a “Best in Class” leadership team. Ali and his family make their home in Irvine, California.

ARJUN GHAI | Chief Operating Officer
Arjun Ghai, is BHB Chief Operating Officer, brings a wealth of experience to our team. Previously at Databricks, he spearheaded the Engineering Special Projects team for 2 years, focusing on tailored solutions for major clients. Prior to Databricks, Arjun spent 5 years at Facebook where he developed and an organization in Privacy Engineering. Now at BHB, Arjun's role involves collaborating with various leadership teams to streamline our enrollment systems and platforms, simplifying the healthcare sign-up process for our customers.

MEGHAN CALDWELL | Senior VP, Human Resources
Meghan is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable teams to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Meghan specializes in talent management, performance management, recruiting, employee benefits, and learning and development. Her industry experience spans the hospitality, healthcare, medical device, and telecommunications arenas. Meghan holds a BA in Communication Arts from California Lutheran University and she and her family make their home in San Diego, California.

SUPREET DANG | VP of Systems and Analytics
Supreet is a strategic leader who has 19 years of extensive experience in management spanning the industries of IT, Telecommunications and Sales on a global landscape. Throughout his career he has focused his strength of aggressive process improvement, on the businesses he is connected with, and brought about dramatic and positive changes every step of the way.
He is a results driven leader with a “hands off” mentorship style which ensures that the teams he leads work to solve critical issues without being provided only one single solution. This innovative approach propels his team’s development forward at a rapid pace. He has oversight of audit, commissions, reporting and in-house software. Supreet, and his family, make their home in Fountain Valley California.

SEAN WISEMAN | Director, Sales
Sean is the highly effective Director of Sales and began his retail career in 2011. He began as a Sales Representative and catapulted into a management position in 2012. He has a successful track record of driving the business forward and improving results for the teams he oversees. He is both talented and dedicated to finding the best option in all situations.
Sean is a collaborative leader who works closely with his teams to ensure clear and effective communication and serves as the liaison between the clients he serves and the employees he supervises.
